Kalo's Story
The initial vision for what would become Kalo Creative was birthed late one night on a 14-hour plane ride from Dallas, Texas to New Delhi, India somewhere over the Arctic Ocean in the summer of 2010 on the back page of a tattered Moleskine notebook belonging to Bobby Minor. Originally called C3 Church Marketing, Bobby wanted to use his extensive background in sales & marketing, design, project management, and consulting, combined with several years as a pastor, to help local churches tell a branded, marketable story in a persuasive way. After five years of working almost exclusively with churches across the US to help tell their story, C3 was relaunched as Six Shooter Creative, a full-service digital marketing agency with clients that included local businesses, churches & nonprofits, Fortune 500 companies, and a little bit of everything in-between. Today, and now known as Kalo Creative (Kalo means "good" as in, "to do good", in Greek), our focus is to help you make your vision a reality by providing a boutique digital agency experience and service focusing on the nonprofit sector and others that do good. At Kalo Creative we believe in creating lasting value for brands rather than disposable digital marketing. That means we focus on building products, experiences, and platforms that have the power to transform a brand and the web. Quality is a relentless pursuit of craftsmanship that we put into every detail of our work. From the elegance of the concept to the precision of its execution, we are uncompromising. Quality is how we ensure that our work creates meaning and value for brands. We take pride in our honest approach to doing business. Accomplishing big things takes a lot of trust from our clients, partners, and staff, and we work hard to always be straightforward and clear in everything we do.

Bobby's Story
Bobby Minor has 25+ years of success in sales and marketing in Corporate America with several Fortune 500 companies, 20+ years as an entrepreneur, 10+ years as a social media and marketing consultant, 10+ years as an agency director, 10+ years as a copywriter, and more than 12+ years as a pastor. He is unlike anyone you’ve ever met and are likely to meet. If you don’t believe it just ask the people closest to him. He has a natural ability that enables him to sort through the clutter and find the best route. It is not a skill that can be taught. It is a distinct way of thinking, a special perspective on the world at large. This perspective allows him to see patterns where others simply see complexity. Guided by where he sees each path leading, he starts to make selections. He discards the paths that lead nowhere. He discards the paths that lead straight into resistance. He discards the paths that lead into a fog of confusion. He culls and makes selections until he arrives at the chosen path — his strategy. Armed with his strategy, he strikes forward. This is Bobby’s mind at work: “What if?” Select. Strike.
Bobby's top five strengths according to StrengthsFinder 2.0: 1) Strategic 2) Communication 3) Woo 4) Achiever & 5) Futuristic.
